    Unanimous at the Supreme Court

    The state appealed to raise the sentence of a 15-year-old defendant. All three justices rejected the appeal.

  • 62 firebombs

    No prison time

    The defense: a civilian initiative born of fear after October 7, not criminal intent. The court gave a sentence with no prison time.

  • After 3 years of trial

    Dropped the indictment

    Adv. Hayat cross-examined every prosecution witness, including the police crash examiner. In the end, the prosecution withdrew.
